Specification for the Europeana Semantic Elements ver 3.1, 25 Feb 09

This document provides the specification of the Europeana Semantic Elements, including
their properties, XML syntax, usage in the Europeana portal, obligation, occurrence and
examples. The Europeana Semantic Elements are used in the Prototype portal, which was
launched on 20 November 2008 at http://www.europeana.eu/.
